We work with customers throughout the project to understand their requirements, identify potential tooling issues and develop practical solutions — whether you’re developing a new plastic product, modifying an existing component, or need assistance with an existing mould.
Injection Mould Manufacturing
We manufacture injection moulds for a wide variety of plastic components and applications — from relatively straightforward tooling to complex moulds incorporating slides, lifters, interchangeable inserts, unscrewing mechanisms, hot runners and multi-cavity configurations. Each project is developed around its specific requirements.
Mould Design & Engineering
Using 3D CAD technology, we develop detailed mould designs before manufacturing begins. Our design process considers parting lines, shrinkage, cooling, ejection, slides, lifters, shut-offs, steel selection and manufacturability.
CNC Machining
Precision CNC machining is central to modern toolmaking. Our capabilities allow us to accurately manufacture mould plates, cavities, cores, inserts and other precision components.
EDM / Spark Erosion
Our EDM capability allows us to produce intricate mould features that are difficult or impossible to manufacture using conventional machining — including detailed cavities, deep ribs, narrow slots, sharp internal features and complex mould components.
Mould Repairs & Modifications
Existing tooling can often be modified or repaired rather than replaced. We assist with insert changes, damaged components, ejection problems, cooling improvements and slider modifications — helping extend the useful life of your tooling and accommodate changes in production requirements.
